Our weddings include on-site Homestead 1854 staff who bring excellent care and attention to you throughout the planning process, ensuring your day unfolds just as you envisioned.
The Following Services and Amenities are Included:
Exclusive venue and property rental for a 48 hour period
12 PM Friday - 12 PM Sunday
One-hour rehearsal time (terms apply)
Two separate getting ready spaces
Guest welcome hour (optional)
Mahogany ceremony and reception chairs
Cocktail hour highboy tables with white, ivory or black floor length linens
Tables with white, ivory or black floor length linens
Place settings of vintage china or clear dishes, flatware, and glassware for tables
Table linens and linen napkins
Tables for cake / desserts and gifts
Ceremony and reception setup and cleanup
Fire pit with s’mores station (weather permitting)
Two planning meetings (on-site or virtual)
The Following Beverage Items are Included:
Bubbly Bar at cocktail hour or sparkling wine toast at dinner
Wine, beer, spirits, bartenders(s), and 5 hours of bar service
