Grief can be overwhelming. Yoga is a way for your body to process hard emotions and ultimately let go of some of the difficulties that grief brings us with our loss. This class is donation based - $10 recommended. Pay at the door. Bring a mat, blanket and additional supports you’d like. Yoga blocks and some pillows available for class.
