Join yoga instructors Jennie Geltz, LCSW, RYT 500 and Natalie Kollmann, CYT 700 in this patient and present yoga practice to uproot the body’s grip on trapped emotions. Work to reset your body’s score and allow this teaching to resound within your cellular structure during the sound bath Savasana (relaxation).
Class is two hours long, dress comfortably for movement. Bring a mat, blanket, pillow and waterbottle to support your practice and final relaxation.

These mini-sessions are perfect for mamas, grandmas, and families looking to capture special moments together in a charming, historic setting. Photoshoots are 15 minutes and include 25+ digital images and an online gallery. Also included is a small floral arrangement and bud vase.

Enjoy an hour of guided meditation to enter into a state of deep relaxation, light restorative yoga to release tension in the hips and shoulders, Reiki to calm the body and mind and essential oils. Class is Beginner Friendly with modifications and propping to make each pose even more comfortable than the next, you will leave class restored and refreshed for the coming day.

Mother’s Day Yoga: Finding the Feminine Within

This special practice will help you find your spiritual expression of what your authentic feminine looks like. Utilizing yin yoga poses to renew us, we’ll explore what impact mothering has had on us both in gratitude and in grief. Allowing our bodies to release our breath to deepen and our mind to quiet will ultimately help you nourish your yin energy - the deepest reservoir of feminine power.
This practice will be guided by Jennie Geltz, LCSW, 500RYT. As a therapist and yoga teacher, Jennie has experience with working with people as they process the impact of relationships in their own identity and their physical body. She believes that having time on your mat can bring mindful moments with your source connecting you not only with who you are but who you are meant to be.
Please bring a mat, blanket, and either a bolster or a few throw pillows to support your practice. A small journal with prompts for processing will be available to take home and support this healing.

Rage, Rock, & Roll Yoga is not your average yoga class! This unconventional session combines traditional yoga movements with a twist. Paired with Blue Grass/ Rock N Roll for the music, encouraging the use of the F word, and liquor provided after the class.... participants are encouraged to let loose, take up space, and even curse to release pent-up stress. It’s a relaxing rage filled 75 minutes of yoga where you can loudly breathe and sigh out your frustrations while stretching and moving your body.
