Candlelight Yoga
TUESDAYS | SEPTEMBER - OCTOBER | 7:30PM - 8:30PM
Come to our candlelight yoga where you’ll have the chance to let go of stress and relax into your body as we wind down the day into nightfall. Jennie’s work as a long time social worker, counselor, yoga teacher and energy worker will support your practice as you release the heaviness of your day. Utilizing breathwork and gentle movement will support releasing difficult tension in body and mind. This class will include poses keeping you low to the floor to support relaxing. Bring a mat, blanket and additional supports you’d like. Yoga blocks and some pillows available for class.
Beginner Yoga & Meditation
TUESDAYS | SEPTEMBER - OCTOBER | 6:30PM - 7:30PM
This class is designed to support those new to yoga. Instructions will be in detail for meditation and poses to allow you to learn. Interaction is welcome to allow you to ask questions. Bring a mat, blanket and additional supports you’d like. Yoga blocks and some pillows available for class.
